In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the turkey burgers.
Form 5 roughly equal sized patties ½ inch thick, then transfer to a hot lightly oiled grill or non-stick pan. Cook on both sides for 3-5 mins each; until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
In a small bowl combine ingredients for jalapeno sriracha mayo, mix thoroughly.
Grill the inside of the brioche buns.
Assemble the turkey burger with the jalapeno sriracha mayo, pickled carrots, fresh cilantro, parsley or any of your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
