  1. Preheat barbecue (medium-high heat) or oven to 425° F (215°C).
  2. Mix first 6 ingredients in large bowl with 1/4 cup of pasta sauce. Season with pepper. Divide and shape into four ¾” thick patties.
  3. Place on an oiled grill. Grill 4-6 minutes on each side until no longer pink in centre.
  4. Spread 1 tbsp of pasta sauce on each burger and top with cheese. Continue cooking until cheese melts (approx. 1 min.). Serve on Italian buns.
