2.5 oz (about 5 slices) deli turkey, cut into 16 strips
3 oz double cream brie, cut into 8 cubes
2 oz gala apple (about 1/2) cut into cubes
8 cocktail sized skewers
If you want to remove the rind from the brie, pop the cheese in the freezer for about 10 minutes first. It’s easier to cut the rind off when its firm. You will also lose less cheese this way.
Directions
Layer 2 strips of turkey one on top of the other, then roll them up.
Thread each skewer with 1 turkey roll, 1 apple cube and 1 brie cube.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Serve as a snack, or as a salad topper.
