Serves : 2-4
  1. Cook ground turkey in olive oil with chopped red onion, basil, oregano and garlic in large skillet.
  2. Mix in tomato or pasta sauce.
  3. Place flat bread on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Top with turkey mixture, chopped spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and goat cheese.
  5. Bake at 400º F (205 º C) until golden, about 20 minutes.
