Serves :
  1. Heat the oil in a large, heavy bottom pot and brown the turkey pieces. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. Add the peppers and onion, stir in the garlic, add ginger, cayenne powder, turmeric, cumin, cinnamon, and salt and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes over medium-low heat.
  5. Return the turkey to the pan with raisins, lemon and black olives. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 5 minutes more or until the turkey is cooked through.
  6. Serve over hot couscous. Enjoy!
