  1. Mix ground turkey, egg, bread crumbs and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Divide mixture evenly into six portions and press into sprayed muffin cups.
  3. Using your thumb, make a well in the middle of each. Fill with barbeque sauce.
  4. Bake at 375º F (190 º C) for 22 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for additional 5 minutes. Remove and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
