1 1/2 cup (375 mL) reduced fat Mozzarella cheese, grated
Directions
Bring shells to a boil in salted water then rinse under lukewarm water.
In a bowl, mix turkey, green onions, garlic, oregano and salt. Add Ricotta cheese. Stuff each shell with turkey mixture.
In a 2-quart (2.5 L) baking dish, pour 2 cups (500 mL) of salsa. Place stuffed shells on top of salsa. Spread the rest of the turkey mixture and salsa on top of shells.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350ºF (180ºC) for one hour.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese, recover and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
