Cook Time: 20 mins
  1. Cook Macaroni noodles as directed on the package. Drain and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 350⁰F (175⁰C).
  3. In a large frying pan, brown turkey sausage in olive oil.
  4. Add cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add 1 ½ cups of cheese, pasta, salt and green onion to the frying pan and mix well.
  6. Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with bread crumbs and remaining ½ cup of cheese.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
