TIP: Use sausage and turkey breast pieces for a different taste or just turkey breast pieces if preferred.
- Heat BBQ grill to 400ºF (205ºC) and cook whole sausages for 6 minutes, or 3 minutes per side.
- Set aside and prepare remaining ingredients.
- Cut sausages into bite-sized chunks and thread onto skewers, alternating with peppers, scallions and pineapple chunks.
- Return to grill and brush with glaze until pineapple and vegetables have grill marks and sausages are cooked through – approximately 4 minutes per side.
