Soup:
  1. Bring turkey stock to a boil and add all the chopped vegetables and turkey meat.
  2. Cook 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Taste and correct seasoning.
  3. Continue to simmer soup, covered while you make the dumplings.
Dumplings:
  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Cut in butter with a knife or pastry blender, until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Gradually add milk, using just enough to form a thick batter.
  4. Add fresh herbs until well combined.
  5. Drop by rounded tablespoons into simmering soup. Cover and cook 15 minutes.
