Preheat the grill to medium-high and grease the grates.
Place the turkey breast on the grill and brush with ¼ cup of barbecue sauce. Flip the turkey breast every 10 minutes until cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes. Cut into small pieces.
Spread remaining barbecue sauce evenly over each pita. Divide the grilled turkey, red peppers, cheese and green onions evenly between pitas.
Set the pizzas on the grill. Cover and cook for about 6 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the pita is toasted.
