Cook Time: 20 mins
  1. Preheat grill to medium (350°F |175°C).
  2. Chop turkey breast so it resembles ground turkey.
  3. Combine turkey, salt, garlic, dill, olives, feta, lemon juice, breadcrumbs and mix evenly.
  4. Add eggs whites and mix.
  5. Form into 4-6 patties, about ½” thick.
  6. Brush patties with oil and grill over direct medium heat for about 8 minutes on each side until a thermometer probe reads 170°F (77°C). Serve with pita bread and Tzatziki.
