Place the turkey breast in an Instant Pot (or slow cooker) making sure to coat the turkey breast completely.
Cook turkey in the Instant Pot on Manual, High Pressure, for 30-minutes (or in the slow cooker on Low for 4-hours).
Once done, use a fork to shred the turkey breast then assemble the tacos.
Heat the taco shells and top each shell with ⅓ cup of the shredded turkey (make sure it’s coated in the garlic lime sauce!).
Next top each taco with diced avocado, a few slices of radish, a sprinkle of green onion and chopped cilantro, a dollop of salsa (optional), and a squeeze of lime.
