  1. In a saucepan, heat the butter over medium low heat then add the onion, garlic, and celery.
  2. Sweat for 5-6 minutes, then add the sage and thyme.
  3. Cook for another 5-6 minutes, or until soft and translucent.
  4. Allow to cool, then transfer to a mixing bowl along with the cornbread, stock, eggs, and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Mix delicately, then transfer to your baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.   Remove and serve hot!
