Serves: Makes 8 jumbo wings
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 2 hrs
  1. Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat (375°F | 190°C).
  2. In a deep roasting pan cover wings with water until the wings are 3/4 covered.
  3. Loosely cover pan with foil and cook over indirect heat for 1 hour.
  4. Remove wings from barbecue and pour off excess juice from wings and discard.
  5. Mix wings with all other ingredients in a large cast iron pan.
  6. Cook over direct heat for approximately 45-60 minutes, stirring and turning wings occasionally. The wings are fully cooked when a thermometer probe reads 170°F (77°C).
