Switch it up! Add all the ingredients (except cucumber) and the vinaigrette into a hot skillet and stir until heated through for a warm nourish bowl.
- Lemony Vinaigrette: In a small bowl, whisk together oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
