1 cup (250 mL) red or green seedless grapes, halved
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
¼ cup (60 mL) toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
4 large soft multigrain tortillas
1 cup (250 mL) mixed spring greens
In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, curry powder, turmeric, salt and pepper. Set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the turkey, apple, grapes, celery and walnut. Add the dressing and toss until everything is evenly combined.
To assemble the wraps, place a 1/4 cup (60 mL) greens in the middle of each tortilla, then spoon one-quarter of the turkey salad on top. Fold up each wrap like a burrito, completely enclosing the filling. Serve immediately.
